The theme of the 2nd International Workshop on Agile Methods for Information Systems Engineering (Agil-ISE'23) is How can artifacts and practices be improved or innovated to make them more effective in supporting the agility of Information Systems Engineering (ISE) processes? This workshop focuses on agile practices, such as behavior-driven development, test-driven development, rapid prototyping, agile product management, agile governance, agile process customization/tailoring, etc., and artifacts, such as user stories, features, scenarios, product/sprint backlogs, Kanban boards, etc..
The objective of Agil-ISE'23 is to bring together and consolidate a network of researchers interested in the theme, to inform and learn from each other, explore and share ideas, and develop mutual interests that could lead to future research plans and collaborations.
The topics to be discussed at the workshop include, but are not limited to:
We ask for short position papers (4 to 6 pages in the 1-column CEUR-WS style) that describe ongoing or planned research related to the workshop theme. We intend to publish these papers, after basic review, in an online CEUR Workshop Proceedings. The authors of accepted papers will be asked to physically attend the workshop and prepare for a short presentation. Apart from presentation and discussion of the accepted position papers, there will also be a plenary discussion devoted to networking, future research directions, and wrap-up of Agil-ISE'23.
